We are currently looking for a CAD Designer/Drafter to work on extraordinary projects with elite local and national clients.

CAD Designer/Drafter will directly report to the company’s CEO. The basic function of this role is to understand, design and draft CAD drawings based on the projects and products specified.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clear, complete and accurate detailed shop drawings from architectural and structural documents.
• Administer and monitor project schedule milestones from Sales hand-off through production, including internal kick-off meetings with engineering, production and mold shop.
• Work closely with customers, vendors, sales, engineering, production, and ensure logistics and accuracy of specifications throughout the project cycle.
• Communicate externally with architects, engineers, contractor, and internally with project team and production.
• Continually strive to improve technical and quality processes throughout project timeline.

Overview

Our company is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. To be successful in this role, you will need to have 5-6 years’ experience a deep understanding of the sales process dynamics, and superb interpersonal skills. While working closely with the US based and international technical teams the Sales Representative will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities through key customer contacts and industry information to locate sources for sale of company services and products.
• Plan, develop and implement sales strategies with focus on expanding the customer base.
• Customizes competitive offerings on specific negotiations in consistent with internal strategies while fully reflective of customer requirements.
• Prepares documentation for prospective customers and ensures it is communicated appropriately.
• Communicate to both customer and internal operations the necessary information to assure customer satisfaction and achieve sales objectives.
• Responsible for effectively managing and updating the existing customer accounts while focusing on account growth.
• Assess and follow all customer inquiries to satisfactory resolution.
